I modded that old Namco game Mappy to see what my cartoons would have looked like on the Nintendo Entertainment System. This is based off an old comic strip I made, too bad it's gone. Enjoy until the next blog!

This is a prototype t-shirt that was made last summer to see if I'd get any love, and to my surprise I received lots of love for my t-shirt everywhere I go! Soon I plan to have a t-shirt line out for my cartoons, and just to let you know FREE SHIPPING when it launches! See you next blog...

A fan on My Space made this for me in 2008 when President Obama was running against Senator McCain. It's pretty cool, thanks Henry this is still my default on My Space to this day.

Thanks for stopping by my website, my name is Victor Alonzo creator of Googie Toons! I've been drawing since I was five years old, in 1980. Once I picked up a pencil and paper it was pretty much it for me, drawing has been my passion ever since. I grew up watching the cartoons of yesteryear, from the 1940's to the 1990's.

You're probably wondering to yourself, what's Googie Toons? Well the title didn't come up until 1991 in high school, I always drew my own characters. From Monsters to Aliens, people I met in my life, creatures I saw in my dreams & nightmares they're all in the cartoons. Googie Toons has a dark comedy theme to it with a touch of urban flavor.

In March of 2007 I opened a My Space page, people really took a shine to my work and received praised for my originality from high people as far as Beverly Hills, CA and as well as overseas. In 2008 I made a facebook account and found old friends who were looking for me as well as other artists who like my work. In April of 2009 I opened a Twitter account, I was surprised that people follow what I have to say and also support my cartoons on there.

On Sunday February 21st. 2010, this website was born thanks to Big Country and Juzzy. I'm known on the social networking sites, I'm confident that Googie Toons will go worldwide! So please don't forget to bookmark my site, I'll be updating my drawings here. Make yourself at home, see you soon...
